27 Williams Road, Bosham - 1991

Our very first building project completed early 1990s converting a run down semi detached house into 2 no. one bed apartments


Phases 1 & 2 The Broadbridge Business Centre, Delling Lane, Bosham - 1982 to 2001

The conversion of a range of redundant farm buildings to form 4,000 sqft convenience store and post office, 1,000 sqft GP surgery, 5,200 sqft of offices and 16,000 sqft of industrial space. Occupiers include the COOP, Post Office, doctors surgery, sail maker, bakery, dental laboratory, a firm of building contractors, bar and restaurant, firm of accountants and landscape gardeners.


The Temple Bar Business Park, Near Goodwood - 1998 to 2004

The phased conversion of a number of redundant farm buildings near Goodwood to form 7,350 sqft of offices and 10,000 sqft of industrial space. Occupiers include a firm of publishers, private gym, office interior designers, software company, bakers and tyre repair company.


16 - 24 Clare Street, Bristol - 1994

The conversion of former C & G office premises in the heart of Bristol to create twenty two one and two bed apartments


West Quay Trade Park, Southampton - 2001

The construction of 4 no new trade counter units in the heart of Southampton totalling 12,000 sqft and pre let to RAC Auto Windscreens


Rockallway, Brooks Lane, Bosham - 2002

Demolition of a two storey office premises to create sixteen residential dwelling made up of 8 no two bed flats, 4 no two bed houses and 4 no three houses


13 - 21 Baldwin Street, Bristol - 2005

Change of use from a night club to create seventy five apartments


Paveley House, Fishbourne Road East, Chichester - 2004

Construction of a purpose built block of ten two bed apartments and one, one bed duplex apartment


Empire Court, Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis - 2005

Construction of two purpose built apartment buildings consisting of twenty two one and two bed apartments. The entire development was pre sold to a firm from Brighton specialising in assisted and retirement living.


Charlwood Street, Bognor Regis - 1999

The conversion of former Lloyds Bank premises to form 6 no one and two bed apartments all let on AST agreements.


The Chichester Trade Centre, Quarry Lane, Chichester - 2007 to 2010

Part conversion and part new build to create 11 no trade counter units totaling 40,000 sqft. Occupiers include YESS Electrical, Euro Car Parts, Dyson King, HPS Plumbing, Halfords Auto Centres and Honda.

Construction of a 7,800 sqft purpose built, pre let medical centre


Twynham House, The High Street, Lymington - 2024/5

Conversion of a redundant Grade 2 office building to create a four bed family home with off street parking located in Lymington high street. To be let by way of a new AST agreement.


Victoria Mews, St Pancras, Chichester - Coming Soon (STP)

Conversion of former office premises to create 5 no two bed apartments, all to be let un furnished by way of new AST agreements.
